The high pressure used to create these tiles is more effective than any heat treatment that could potentially damage the tiles during the customization process. The result? Due to the customization please allow 1-2 weeks for the product to fully completed. Some styles are suggested for only kitchen/bath and external uses (based on job specifications). Due to the intrusion of water jets in the design, it can create hard to reach areas where water can settle and cause stains and mildew. Be sure to use Ph Balanced neutral spray cleaner to treat the tile when cleaning.
